Takeshi Tabata
Director & COO
I specialize in architecture and interior design and have worked on a diverse range of projects, including commercial facilities, fashion boutiques, watch and jewelry stores, both Japanese and international brand stores, duty-free shops, and expressway service areas. Throughout my career, I have held executive roles at several leading design and construction firms and have also been involved in launching restaurant businesses. Currently, I oversee Construction Management (CM) and Project Management (PM) operations, covering the planning, design, construction, and operation of architectural and commercial facilities.
Hiromi Ishikawa
Outside Director
Former President and Chairman of VANTAN, known as "the world's closest school to social activities." I developed an innovative and cutting-edge educational model, producing 190,000 graduates across various industries. Currently, I serve as an outside board member for multiple companies, working as a management consultant to drive corporate growth through human resource development, organizational development, executive coaching, and the formulation and execution of growth strategies.
Daisuke Fukuda
Creative Chief Designer
I graduated from Kuwasawa Design School and specialize in design direction, cost control, and promotion management. My focus is on creating optimal conditions for both customers and on-site teams while maintaining a balanced approach to design. I prioritize communication spaces that seamlessly integrate into daily life, aiming to create smooth, naturally thriving stores. My work encompasses the design, planning, and construction direction of stores and commercial facilities. Originally from Tokyo.
Takashi Kudama
Development Manager
I graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, at Tokyo University of Science and later obtained a first-class architect license. I specialize in architectural and interior design, construction, and project management. I am driven by the sense of accomplishment that comes from overcoming high hurdles, such as restrictions and regulatory challenges.
My hobbies include touring, camping, and traveling. My motto is "青天白日 / Clear skies and bright days." I believe our company is the ideal place to take on new challenges.
Born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1969.
Yuki Hoshiya
Development Manager
BI graduated from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Art and Design, at Musashino Art University. I specialize in architectural and interior design, construction, and project management.
Our company planned, designed, and constructed HAMACHO FUTURE LAB, which now serves as our headquarters. This project was recognized with the 2024 Good Design Award and the Wood Design Award.
My hobbies include free climbing and playing the guitar. My motto is: "I never ever run away."
Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1977.
Kentaro Tomita
Development Manager
I graduated from Tama Art University and specialize in project management, design, and construction management. I was honored with the Design Premio Award at TOKYO DESIGNERS WEEK.
My hobbies include camping, mountain climbing, and exploring food and drink.
Mottos:
• "刻石流水" – Let go of what you have done for others, but carve the kindness you receive in stone.
• "魚心あれば水心" – Scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours.
